Account data you provide (name, email, phone, KYC documents), trading account activity, deposit/withdrawal records, device/browser metadata needed for security, and coarse network location derived on our servers from IP address for admin security and fraud operations.
Coarse location (no GPS)
We do not use browser geolocation or GPS. Where an IP address is available to our servers, we may resolve it to an approximate country, region, city, and timezone for admin tools (for example, “Last active” in the admin desk). Raw IP addresses are not shown in the admin UI. Street-level addresses are never derived this way.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep you signed in and store your cookie preferences. Analytics, functional, and marketing cookies load only after you Accept all or enable them in Cookie settings. See the Cookie Policy.
Admin security & audit
Owner-admin actions (approvals, bans, credits, card decisions) are logged with admin identity, action, target record, time, and result. Logs do not include passwords, tokens, cookies, or payment credentials.
