Conditions you can verify
Spread, commission, swap, stops level and contract size are published per instrument and readable from the terminal. If a number on this site disagrees with your account, the account is right and we want to hear about it.
Execution that is measured
Median fill time under 40 milliseconds, measured at the server rather than the client. Slippage runs in both directions and we do not filter the favourable half out of the statistics.
Automation treated as normal
Expert advisors, hedging and scalping are permitted on every account type with no frequency restriction, because a broker that penalises automation is telling you something about its business model.
Education without a sales funnel
Thirty-five free lessons, a glossary and weekly webinars, none of which end by telling you to deposit. The starting guide tells you to spend a fortnight on a demo first.
Withdrawals on stated timings
Methods, timings and fees are on the funding page before you deposit, not buried in a help centre article you find later.
Risk stated plainly
Most retail CFD accounts lose money. We say so on the education pages, in the footer of every page, and here. A broker that hides it is not being kind to you.
