Why is my available balance lower than my equity?
Margin held against open positions is not withdrawable. Close positions or reduce size to free it up. Floating profit on open trades is also not withdrawable until those trades close.
Can I withdraw to a different method than I deposited with?
Not usually. Anti-money-laundering rules require funds to return by the route they arrived, up to the amount deposited. Profit above your deposits can go to an alternative verified method.
Do you charge a withdrawal fee?
No. Crypto withdrawals carry the blockchain network fee, which goes to the network and not to us. Some banks charge an incoming-transfer fee at their end.
Why was my withdrawal returned?
Almost always a name mismatch. The account name must match your KNGX account exactly. Third-party payments are not accepted in either direction.
How long does verification take?
Usually under an hour during business days. You need one photo ID and one proof of address issued in the last three months. Verification is required before your first withdrawal, not before your first deposit.
